Services and fees
The Company provides investment management and savings portfolio services under the following terms:
- Investment portfolio management fee: 1% per year of assets under management
- Savings portfolio fee: 0.5% per year of assets under management
- Fees are deducted monthly
- Minimum initial investment: SAR 1,000
- Minimum subsequent top-up: SAR 50

Withdrawal and termination
Withdrawal rights and account closure:
- Clients may withdraw their investments at any time
- Withdrawals may take 1-5 business days to process
- Clients may close their account at any time
- Any outstanding amounts must be settled before closure
- On termination, remaining assets are transferred to the registered bank account
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia:
- The Company is supervised by the Saudi Capital Market Authority
- Any dispute is subject to the Saudi judiciary
- Disputes are settled under the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations
- Arabic is the authoritative language for these terms
Intellectual property
All content on our website and applications is owned by the Company:
- Trademarks, logos and designs are the property of the Company
- Content may not be copied or republished without written permission
- Unauthorised use may result in legal action
